True wellness begins with understanding your body. Not guessing. Not chasing symptoms. Not trying everything and hoping something sticks.
My work is centered around helping women uncover the deeper patterns behind what they are experiencing so their health begins to make sense again. Through personalized guidance, functional testing when appropriate, and structured support, I help women move from confusion to clarity and from depletion to balanced, sustainable living.
This work is not about quick fixes. It is about thoughtful, steady progress built on real data, real partnership, and real-life implementation.
I care deeply about this work because I have seen how confusing and discouraging it can feel when you know something is not right in your body but cannot find clear answers. Women deserve clarity, support, and a path forward that actually makes sense.
My journey in women’s health began over fifteen years ago, supporting women as a doula, midwife apprentice, and massage therapist. Those early, hands-on experiences shaped the way I practice today. They taught me how to listen carefully, look beyond surface symptoms, and support women in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.
Over time, I pursued advanced education in health restoration and functional wellness to deepen my ability to connect complex symptoms back to their root.
I have trained through:
The Wellness Way Academy – Health Restoration Coach Certification
AADP – Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner
FDN Advanced Functional Health Courses
The VBAC Link
Via Vita Midwifery
Lander Institute
Bikur Cholim Hospital
Anthem Institute
I’ve also interned and worked extensively with clients in health restoration, helping women understand their bodies, regain their energy, and feel empowered in their wellness journey.
This blend of structured functional education and real-world women’s health experience allows me to support clients in a way that is both analytical and deeply personal.
I grew up on a rural farm in New York, where I developed a deep appreciation for natural living, nutrition, and self-sufficiency. Later, while homesteading with my family, I saw firsthand how powerful food and daily rhythms can be in shaping overall wellness.
Now, as a mother of three, I understand the demands of balancing family, work, and personal health. That lived experience influences how I guide women today. My approach is realistic, structured, and flexible enough to fit into full lives without adding unnecessary stress.
I offer multiple levels of support depending on the depth and structure you’re looking for.

I work with women who are ready to understand their bodies more deeply and engage in a thoughtful process.
Some are just beginning their wellness journey. Others have tried many things but still feel something is missing. What they share is a desire for clarity, structure, and support.
This work requires engagement, honesty, and willingness to implement. It is not for someone looking for a quick fix. It is for the woman who wants to build something sustainable and is ready to show up for herself in the process.
If that sounds like you, I would be honored to support you.
If you're feeling ready for more clarity and support, you can explore the different ways we can work together — from group challenges to personalized 1:1 guidance.
