My standard birth doula package includes 2 prenatal sessions, 1 postpartum session, and labor and birth support. I provide continuous emotional, physical, and holistic support throughout your pregnancy and birth journey. My services are designed to empower and inform, ensuring you feel confident and prepared for the arrival of your little one.
