Many of the women I work with have. This process is different because it combines personalized testing and functional insight with a broader holistic lens that considers the nervous system, lifestyle, rhythms, nourishment, mindset, and the realities of daily life. You’ll also be working directly with me throughout the process, with ongoing support and personalization over time rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
This program is designed for women with full lives. Outside of sessions, most recommendations are integrated into daily rhythms rather than adding hours of extra work. The key is consistency, not perfection.
