I grew up on a farm.
As a child, I spent my days immersed in nature. It was something I lived inside of. I watched the seasons change. I saw rhythms. I witnessed birth, soil, growth, rest, and renewal up close.
I did not have language for it then, but that early exposure shaped how I understand the body and healing today. Being surrounded by nature and Hashem taught me that nothing exists in isolation. Everything is connected. Everything responds to care, timing, and safety.
Looking back, it is no surprise that this path unfolded the way it did.
That early connection led me into birth work at a young age. Becoming a birth doula opened my eyes in a profound way. Birth is not only physical. It is emotional, mental, and spiritual. You cannot separate one from the other and expect the process to flow.
From there, I trained as a massage therapist. I did midwifery training and worked alongside midwives. Each step deepened my understanding of how the body communicates, how stress and emotion show up physically, and how much women carry without always realizing it.
I began to see patterns. I saw how safety, trust, and support could completely change outcomes. And I saw how disconnection could stall progress and healing, even when everything looked fine on the surface.
At the same time, I was on my own journey.
Over time, guided by intuition and mindful choices, I embraced a holistic, natural lifestyle for myself and my family. I was swapping everyday products with natural ones, using natural remedies, adjusting nutrition and lifestyle long before it became my work. People naturally began reaching out. They asked questions. They wanted advice. They wanted clarity.
Eventually, I realized that if I was going to guide others anyway, I wanted deeper education and structure. I wanted to remove guesswork. I wanted to truly be able to help people in a meaningful, lasting way, not just share tips.
That is what led me into functional and holistic health.
I did not arrive here with a dramatic before-and-after story. I am still on my journey. While I have completely overhauled the way I eat and live, my personal healing continues in many ways. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
What I have learned is this. Physical health and mental health are inseparable. You cannot meaningfully address one without the other.
From the gut-brain connection to inflammation, stress hormones, and nervous system regulation, mindset plays a critical role in healing. A fixed mindset keeps people stuck. A growth-oriented mindset creates movement, even when progress might feel slow.
I see this with my clients all the time.
I am not a life coach, but if you could sit in on my sessions, you would notice how often we talk about mindset, self-care, self-talk, and emotional awareness alongside physical wellness recommendations. Healing requires both.
From my experience, the women who experience the most meaningful shifts aren’t always doing more. They’re simply thinking differently, staying open, and willing to learn. They engage with the process rather than resist it.
The deeper reason I do this work is because I want women to reconnect.
We live in a world that is fast, loud, and constantly demanding attention. It is screen centered. Comparison driven. Focused on instant gratification. In all of that noise, something essential gets lost.
Connection.
Connection to others.
Connection to ourselves.
Connection to our bodies.
Connection to Hashem.
Connection to nature.
Connection to our needs.
Connection to presence.
So many women are living on autopilot. They are functioning, but not truly present in their lives. And I see, over and over, how much that disconnection impacts health.
Many women come to me wanting to lose weight. I understand why. Especially after having children, weight can feel frustrating and loaded with emotion.
But I often ask a deeper question. What are we carrying besides physical weight?
Yes, there are often physical drivers like inflammation, gut dysfunction, under-nourishment, blood sugar imbalance, or hormonal stress. Those matter and we need to address them.
But there is also emotional weight. Unmet needs. Chronic stress. Exhaustion. A lack of safety in the body.
A body that is holding stress and does not feel safe will hold on.
We cannot truly let go of physical weight while carrying the emotional weight.
Healing requires that the body feels supported and seen, not forced.
Ultimately, this work comes back to connection.
Connecting the dots in the body.
Connecting within ourselves.
Connecting with our inner voice.
Connecting with Hashem.
Connecting with what we truly need.
This is what growing up on a farm taught me long before I could name it. Healing is not about forcing outcomes. It is about creating the right conditions and allowing the body to respond.
That philosophy guides everything I do today.
And it is why I am deeply committed to work that is rooted in care, clarity, and trust.
If this resonated with you…
If parts of this story felt familiar, you’re not alone. Many women begin their healing journey not because everything is falling apart, but because something feels off.
If you’re craving clarity, deeper understanding, and a more connected approach to your health, this is the work I do.
You don’t need to have it all figured out right now.
When the time feels right, you’re welcome to explore what working together could look like.
